Firm is run and managed by group of experienced Civil Engineers passed out from BMS College of Engineering (Bangalore)  in year 1989. Proprietor of the firm is a Graduate Civil Engineer with experience of 30 years in the construction industry.

He has worked in Construction companies for almost Fifteen Years. His last position was of Senior General Manager with Phadnis Infrastructure Ltd. He has worked as Client with Parsavnath Developers Ltd., Batra Hospital, Dr. Shroff Charity Eye Hospital. He has also worked with Project Management Consultancy firm “Optimal Designs”.
